1. AC fan rolling bearing
Rolling bearings widely used in AC fans include oil-impregnated bearings and ball bearings. Oil-impregnated bearings are usually inexpensive and have low early rotation noise. Some manufacturers have also been selected to add Teflon to oil-impregnated bearings, which gives oil-impregnated bearings the credibility of ball bearings. Eventually, manufacturers will sell rolling bearings at excessively high prices.
Ball bearings have higher noise and higher prices than oil-impregnated AC fans, but their advantages are higher reliability and longer service life than oil-impregnated bearings.
 
2. It is generally believed that the greater the heat dissipation, the higher the heat dissipation characteristics of the mechanical equipment that must be dissipated.
In fact, this is a wrong understanding. The advantage of a large fan depends on the length of the fan blades and a large total heat dissipation area, so the total airflow is very large.
 
However, if the design is not good, the heat dissipation capacity of a large fan will be inferior to that of a small fan.
 
Finally, look at the blades of the AC fan. If the other parts of the same fan are the same, just change the blades from five to seven, it is difficult to increase the exhaust volume.
 
However, in terms of the speed ratio of the electric fan, the speed ratio of the seven fan blades will be less than the speed ratio of the five fan blades (under the same conditions of natural ventilation). If you choose a seven-blade AC fan, the rolling bearing will be damaged, oil leakage will be reduced, and the service life of the electric fan will be extended.
 
If the speed ratios of five blades and seven blades are the same, the exhaust volume of the seven blades will be larger.
 
The higher the speed ratio of the AC fan, the shorter the relative service life and the greater the noise.
 
In addition, the thicker the fan blades of AC fans, the greater the angle of inclination of the leaves, and the greater the standard air pressure.
 
The inlet angle (greater than 45°) of the fan blades of the AC fan is one of the key factors to determine the exhaust volume of the AC fan.
